word is that OSCAR threatened HBO to not televise Pac Man's upcoming bout with In Jin Chi and if they do then they'll too be included in the LEGAL DRAMA that Golden Boy vs Arum have developed over the rights to promote Pac Man. This is WACK for PAC MAN seeing that if HBO is not showing him fight then his career is already on the decline. Already it seems Pac Man may have made the wrong choice to go with ARUM since GOLDEN BOY has all the fighters that everyone wants Pac to fight and the best ARUM can do is match up unknowns in locations where boxing is not even popular.

Where's the proof on this BTW, getting in a lawsuit with HBO is probably not the best idea for a promoter whose championship level talent (MAB, B-Hop, ODLH, and SSM) are THIS close to retiring and whose young talent pool is really not that great outside of D-Hop. Messing with Top Rank in court is fine but screwing around with a giant like HBO could get you f'ed up. Someone needs to check ODLH's ego.

Oscar is doing his job as a buisness man, if he had a legal contract with pacand pac went back on that Oscar is well within his rights IMO. A player or athlete ina ny other sport i know of wouldn't be allowed to get away with this... and if the lawyers or advisors of Golden Boy believe oscar is well within his rights and have advised him to take this path then how is he wrong?

Or do you just have some personal problem with the Golden boy and look for any chance to give him some abuse?

In contractual disputes there can be repecutions in this.
