He sure can talk, that' certain. I'll give Green this - he knows how to evalute fighters. He's right about Miranda being one dimensional, and he predicted the Lacy-Calzaghe fight pretty much exactly like it happened.But then again, he though Yosef Mack was the man and I just saw on what happened to him over on another thread. Wheither he can take advantage of Miranda being one dimensional, I don't know. With all that mouth, I wouldn't mind seeing Miranda shut it. Miranda will destroy Green on his way up the ladder until a rematch against Abraham (of which I have no clue who will win!) but if he wins that he will then rip Pavik in two adn ehn dstroy Tylor...only to loose a decision to my guy Ronald "Winky" Wright.

Power aint everything...but it's a lot against the men before him.

Miranda is safe as long as Winky retires before the match can be made.

Yea you'd have to figure that Winky would be a total nightmare for Miranda, it would still be interesting to see the fight though.. Edison can really, really bang. Id say he's a more powerful and dangerous puncher than Taylor. Not as schooled but at the same time Taylor has flaws that can be capitalized on almost just as easily. Honestly I think Miranda would give Winky a much tougher fight than many would first think. He obviously doesn't have the same technique as Jermain so he would be hard pressed to land on Wright, but he also doesn't tend to back straight up into every corner over and over again with his hands down.. He's raw but it could actually benefit him, he doesn't second guess himself and go deer in headlights like Jermain can at times.

And I git tickets already for that event. Long time since there was a good card in Puerto Rico.

If Green isn't weight drained I think he'll do exactly what he's saying he'll do. You have to understand he's thumped out guys a lot bigger than Miranda....we all saw what he did with Codrington a guy everyone (yes that's right EVERYONE) thought would beat him and it turned out to be his coming out party.


Miranda is a good fighter but really onesided.....I see it being much like McClellan-Jackson!

Yeah but Howard Eastman is Former World Champion Miranda was facing. You supposed to have a few wave to overcome in fight like that. ! Donnie McCrary “ Greens opponent was hand picked sparring partner, who had never beaten anyone with a winning record, huge difference in competition . If a fighter going to be running their mouth like Green, they need be sure they don't have any recent McCray type ownages on film ( LMFAO) ! Now it true he come back from it,, but that’s only because McCrary didn't know how to handle that situation and finish . !

I think you forgot something about it.

Don't look at the weaknesses of a fighter 5 fights ago as if they never improved.

If Green didn't improve he wouldn't still be unbeaten, if Miranda hadn't improved he wouldn't have had such a close fight with Abraham.

So lets look at both of their last performances instead of acting like one has improved and the other hasnt.

Ripped from another post of mine. Think it sums up my thoughts pretty good.

The fight is going to be won at whatever distance they fight at. Green is faced with the task of keeping Miranda on the outside and scoring with the big 1,2. No one has been able to keep Miranda outside as of yet. Abraham circled a bit and gave him a few different looks and everything but Green isn't going to win the same way Abraham did. So how do you keep him on the outside? It's something no one has done yet so it'll be interesting to see how Green handles it. If the fight goes on the inside then it is Green's fight to lose.

But Green is so chinny. Miranda or Lacy eats him alive. If anything he is tailor made for them. The only way he wins is if he can establish distance and use straight punching to punch inside of Miranda's wide punching. But Miranda may punch wide but his stance is tight so that could present some problems to. However, I'm not so sure that Green is faster then Miranda especially in terms of hand speed and Green can not trade with Miranda punch for punch. Especially with his long arms on the inside. I think it'll be fun for a while, with both fighters hurting each other early but Miranda wins in fairly dominating fashion.

.. I think Miranda will stop Green inside 6 it should be a nice exciting match whomever wins ! I like these guys fighting each other, no spoon feed bullshit. keep in mind the winner as well as loser can gain from a match like this !

OMG this fight it's gonna end by KO I just hope it last 5 rounds at least. oh and I edge Miranda but you never know.
