If you're a boxer I'd be more concerned with STRONG abs...

A six pack? genetics and diet mostly... obviously you have to train them... other wise you just have a skinny stomach with ribs as cut as your abs.

Most people can't get one and keep one... I sometimes get what I'd call a six pack... usually have visible abs but not super cut all the time... I'll never get a 'fitness model' stomach... by abs aren't built like that. I'll never abs that look like a brickie could point them. No one has a real six pick permanently... boxers... models... no one. if you're just horribly skinny that's not a six pack

Different things fluctuate... body fat... ab hypertrophy (size)... skin shade.

There's no magic food or exercises... not one is going to hit all of your abdominal section and you need a good mix of static contractions and ones with a good range of motion.

AdamGb is deadright there, i often find i wake up in the morning with jus a flat stomach, go for my run and im ripped, for a period of about ten minutes!!!, ya six packs are cool, but by no means essential in boxing, more important is a well conditioned tum that can withstand a bit of pumishment because not even a guy with a six pack looks cool on the floor from a body shot
