Thread: Can you really make money from online poker?

Ok after months of trying to develop the perfect system to be able to lose all my money on the greyhounds I've decided that maybe online poker could be a more realistic way to have a chance to make some cash.

I've never played it before, but that doesn't really matter becuase I only intend to do it if it is possible to cheat

Does anyone have any experience with poker bots and software?

I don't really want to learn the game and play by mastering the subleties, I want to download a poker bot torrent and set it up to play for me

Any thoughts?

My advise don't play online poker for real money ~ seriously bro.. its fixed like a motherfucker, I never had so many bad beat in my fucking life LOL ! I am a solid player, and do well in home games and in live Vegas games. online the odds are fucked and your playing agents the house sometimes .. they have what are called bots ! computers playing hands ! how you going to beat the machine that’s dealing the cards? I won huge the first week I played ! Then I cashed out , came back a few months later and they put me on the hit list. couldn’t hold a fucking hand to save my life ! If you do play and cash out, don’t ever go back . Best of luck …

You missed my point Lords, I want to download the bots and use them myself. I have no intention of trying to play fair.

The way I see it this, being internet savvy I know how easy it is to get hold of any software, dvd, boxing fights, basically any digital media in the world just for free off of torrent sites on the net.

It's also easy to steal from torrent sites without keeping a ratio just by ghost leeching or using ratio master to make it look like you;ve uploaded loads.

It's also easy to hack an Xbox 360 and download and play all the games for free, just as it was easy to hack all the other consoles.

Now on that logic surely it must be pretty easy to steal one of these bot software robots, and set it up to play for me.

Just wandering if anyone has done it.

I'm not sure if they would be legally allowed to. I mean if they were found to be doing that they would be thrown in jail, and by that I mean they really would, most Online Casino owners are on the FBI wanted lists anyway just for running online sites, thats why they are all coming over to the UK, well Gibralter at least so they can avoid paying tax whilst being in the 'uk'

I doubt they could get away for long with running their own bots, there would be an outcry surely?

I doubt they would ever catch anyone, the worst they could do is suspend you from their site I guess.

Hell no mate - it is an un regulated industry .. money laundering for god know who . ~! these crooked fucks are established in places like Costa Rica , sure your playing against some real people... the problem is one out of 20 or so players is a house bot . if that bot is sitting at your table, you and everyone else will be kissing canvas ! over the course of a few hands. You will find yourself in a fucking problem zone, for instance .. like you would be dealt a hand like AA preflop you are not going anywhere ! the flop comes As Kd 6h .... happy fucking day you think... they bet you raise , reraise and so,, the next card comes 9c , so you start betting and raise like hell . next card comes a 8d.. the bot was raising and betting all the way with (Ten - 7 ) knowing that fucking last card was coming an 8 .
