Zab should be able to hold it together long enough to see off this dude![]()
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
Charley Burley
I guess they weern't comfortable in sending him in there with Pito?
That's cool though that's it's going to be on the river.
Ruben Galvan that name rings a bell....
Did't he fight JCC Jr. a while back?
Gonna go check out BoxRec.....
yes he did and was stopped in 4 had a look at chavez jr was suprised at his record 29-0 he is making good progressOriginally Posted by CutMeMicK
Damn this fight is a real step back for Zab then, Chavel JR is basically doing his amatuer boxing in the pro ranks. He hasn't even started proper fights yet.Originally Posted by CutMeMicK
Zab will win inside 2 rounds, possibly the 1st.

Aaaahhh!! Zab whats become of you..... Fighting on ESPN against a fighter that JCC Jr. delt with in 4 rds. and has only fought 6, 10 rd. fights in his career and NOT 1, 12 rd. fight....
Hes moving along just fine I think hes fighting tomorrow....Originally Posted by ICE COLD BOXING
You say Zab inside 2 rounds thats too long....Originally Posted by bilbo
I say Zab in 1 and I'm hoping for it....
Cause what kind of a warm up fight is a 1 or 2 round fight?
Why not get a low risk but decent fighter that can be there for 4, 5 rounds at least?
Wait don't answer that...... Cause if he lasts that long he might end up beating Zab....
What the FUCK happend to Zab fighting Israel Cardona?! Not that I was all excited about a fight with Cardona, but he looked to be a fairly legit guy. This other guy sounds like a very very soft touch.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
Because Isreal Cardona would be a fight too soon to recover from I guess. I dont think he had the Cotto fight scheduled for after but they decided the two bouts were too close together.Originally Posted by Hulk
What's the difference? Cardona's best days are long gone. Either way it's an early night for Judah.Originally Posted by Hulk
The differnce is Judah either gets a win over a credible opponent, or over a JCC Jr. KO Victim.Originally Posted by Violent Demise

Aside from knocking out Ivan Robinson way back in the day. Cardona ain't never really done much. And now he's not even in his prime. Like I said not much of a difference.Originally Posted by Hulk
i have no idea who that guy is but hopefully zab will impress. i couldnt help but notice the butterbean fight comin up. he should fight tank abbot next in a boxing match that would be tight...Originally Posted by ICE COLD BOXING
Butterbean fought Cabbage Carrera in a MMA bout before. Cabbage is very similiar to Tank Abbot. And fought Tank Abbot before too. I think Butterbean KO'd Cabbage, but I could be wrong.Originally Posted by diamonddavestafford

Wow... Gotta CC CutmeMick for reminding me, the name Ruben Galvarez didn't really sound familiar when I read it, but I definetly remember seeing his fight against JCC Jr. It was on the Mayweather Gatti undercard. Complete joke that Judah is fighting this guy, he literally SHOULD end it in 30 seconds, it's that bad an opponent. It's not a tune up fight of any sorts, this does nothing for him. JCC jr had no problem getting this guy out of there and was putting a real hurt on him by the 3rd round, and he's a guy with basically no experience. Galvarez couldn't cut it as a half decent lightweights sparring partner. I remember the guy was fat and out of shape at 140.. Looked like he could probably make featherweight if he was trim.. Now fighting Judah at welterweight.. It will not go more than 1 round unless Judah and his corner really really want it to.
