Can't think of anything that would kick in so quick apart from some sort of adrenaline hit
He comes out like a man possesed so it must have been f*cking strong and didn't seem to effect his mind at all so that suggests it may have been a fast acting steroid would be my other guess.
SRL was rumoured to have used Cocaine during fights which could have only been taken in water.
