1)Floyd Patterson is actually the only one I would have thought, saw ICB said Spinks but I doubt he won a title in the first..Not sure if Patterson even did?
2)hmmm.... WBO wasn't around or at least recognized all that long ago, maybe Bernard Hopkins was even the first to fight for all 4?

it has to be one of really old hws in early 1900s

ahh just remembered mate sonny liston beat patterson in 1 round and lost to muhammad ali in first round but im not sure if that counts because liston was challenger but its still world title fight
