Thread: Jay "i can't ref worth a shit" Nady.

Another blown call by Nady in the Barrera/Marquez fight. Is there any fights in which Nady hasn't made at least one major error that cost a fighter the fight.

He's no Vic Drakulich by a long shot. But he surely isn't the makings of a Mitch Halpern. It's a real shame such a young and promising such as Mitch took his own

Nady is an excellent Ref, who made a mistake. it happens.

Never knew that damn. Thanks for the article CC but it's really depressing because he did a fine job in the first Holyfield - Tyson fight and really became a scapegoat for Tyson.

Back on topic, I agree. As aggravating as that mistake was to me a huge MAB fan, he is normally on top of things. I crack up everytime he screams "thank you" after two fighters break. Honestly, it never fails to get me. Other then that he usually removes himself from the picture and always handles himself like a professional.

Nady sucks diseased mule cock. That MAB-JMM fight was refereed a lot like Stephen Hawking plays rugby.

Never liked Nady,never will. He can be over officious at times and just seems annoying. Drakulich is an ass on a totally different level!! NEITHER of these guys should referee Oscar Floyd!

i was piss when nady just gave zab no chance to continue when he stop the fight with koysta.

i think if your a pro ref you have to have in mind every fighters background, he had to consider zabs undefeated record and title, zab did look hurt but there was 0 seconds left it was going into inbetween rounds break and zab look recovered when nady called it off. i think the fight should of continued considering it was break time.

Ok remember how Zab reacted? Remember Zab's explanation? That he was completely out of it and didn't even remember anything after the punch? And how he had to be told what happened in the locker room?

And that sounds like a guy who was ready to continue?
