Default what big fights do you see happening in the next 12-18 months??

After the Mayweather Dela Hoya fight which i regret to say i see Floyd winning a tactical 12 round decision, i can see some exciting times ahead!!

I see Floyd then fighting Mosley within the next six months and Cotto fighting most probably Williams, with Floyd and Cotto having a mega fight within the next 18 months!!! I also think Hattons missed the boat even more so that Sugar Shane has found his Mojo, as Shane brings alot more $$$ to the table and is looking awesome.

I also see Vitali coming back to the top of his game and the boxing world wanting a fight between him and his brother to determine who is the best!!

    Any other predictions guys??

I don't think their too likely to happen, but I'd love to see Mayweather - Mosely and Taylor - Wright II.

sadly I see Evander Holyfield vs. Vladimir Klitchko. , I would love to see Mosley vs. Margarito. Taylor vs. Calzaghe. A fight I would love is Toney/Klitchko. call me crazy. Toney is so economical I could see him countering the big heavyweight and stopping him. I still think the Klitchko chin is weak and ready to be exploited. Maybe Brewster can do it again.

    I wana see...

    Hatton - Mayweather..

    Winky - Oscar

    Hopkins - Calzaghe..

Barrera - Marquez 2 (Should marquez get past pac)

Pac - marquez two will probably come first..

    Jones Jr - Taylor

Sam Peter Ko one of the Klit Brothers.. If not both

I can see cotto - Margarito on the horizon.. Wouldnt mind seeing Judah - williams either regardless of the results of either fights..

Mosely - Cintron could very well happen as mosely wants a title..But is also wbc interim champ..

Well 07 has already been awesome and promises to be one of the best years of boxing in a long time. It's already been better than 06 and we still have:

    Cotto Judah
Williams Tony: Winners of these matches will fight each other.

We have rematch of Rafa Marquez v Isreal Vazquez

    Oscar Floyd

JC against Taylor or KEssler will most likely happen

Miranda v Pavlik(possible FTY candidate imo)

    Pac-jmm/Soto/MAB(all of them sound exciting)

    And TONS more.

I really really want to see Cotto against Margarit and Margarito v Mosley. I think Tony beats them both.

20007 is an awesome year for boxing!

(plus we have had possible FOTY in Vazquez Marqeuz 1,JMM-MAB and Katsidis Earl!)

i wanna see some heavyweight knock outs, hopefully vitaly k.o's the rest of the heavies. I want vitaly to just take peoples head off and before every fight i want him to stare oppenents down and tell them "I must brake you"

I hope vitaly comeback with an attitude change, much aggressive and scary. I think vitaly can be legendary, he hasn't been drop he punches like a mofo, he got great boxing skills and defense.

I don't see him losing to anyone at all, i just hope he stays healthy so we can have a undisputed champion.

    I think these are the fights that make the most sense to happen;

pac jmm 2 two great legends and future hall of famer, let them two get it on again, it'll be like releasing a tiger vs a lion.

pbf hatton gotta lose their virginity atleast one of them. stop fighting beat down fighters already, grow some balls and put a beating on a fresh fighter like yourself.

winky jt 2 out of the undefeateds jt to me is the most impressive because he has already fought two great fighters. but he doesn't dominate.

joeC kessler two more virgins. joe needs to fight some1 with a pulse, kessler is perfect to expose chump joe.

those fights would be great to watch and would mean a lot to boxing.

I'm not sure if this is a thread about what we want to happen or what we think will happen.

I'll take it purely as meaning predictions rather than wish fufillment and look into my crystal ball that way.

I've got a feeling that Diego Coralles will fight Zab Judah. Once Judah gets beat by Cotto he will look to an immediate comeback fight against a big name and Coralles surely fits the bill better than anyone.

I think a big shock is on the cards amongst the featherweights as Humberto Soto beats a big name, either Marquez or Barrera, possibly knocking them out.

I've got a feeling that Haye's fight with Mormeck will fall through and he will instead face Enzo Maccarellini in September on the undercard of Calzaghe vs Gogiya.

I also see an Oscar Floyd christmas rematch as a 99% certainty too.

All the fights mentioned r good, but I really hope 4 a ww unification. Tony,Cotto,Williams,Mosely,Judah,Floyd(win or lose),or even Oscar. IMO, the most exciting weight class right now.

I'm sure this is everyone else's dream too. But it will be great!

Also, add n the Hatton-Castillo winner just 4 a bonus!

Samuel Peter vs Wlad or Vitali

Israel Vazquez vs Rafael Marquez 2

Jermain Taylor vs winner of Pavlik vs Miranda

    Jmm vs Marquez 2

    Floyd Mayweather vs Shane Mosley

    Ricky Hatton vs Miguel Cotto

    David Haye vs Enzo
