Default greynotsoold- Coordinating the hands and Feet

    greynotsoold:
    Coordination of Hands and Feet
    ________________________________________
Forward and Backward shuffle with Jab, Straight Right; From the fundamental position shuffle forward slowly jabbing continuously with the left hand. The arm and the feet move independently and balance is not disturbed. Shuffle backwards again jabbing continuously without disturbing balance. Now shuffle forward driving the right arm out continuously to full extension. Shuffle backwards again with the right. Finally shuffle forward driving first the left then the right to full extension. The arms are still working independently of the feet and balance is not disturbed.

Quick Advance and Retreat with Jab and Straight Right; Basic stance, begin moving forward with a series of quick advances. As the body moves forward drive the left arm forcefully to complete extension, the arm in unison with the left foot. As the left foot touches the floor the left arm is completely extended. ow retreat, pushing off with the left foot and jabbing with the left arm. Retreat again this time jabbing then pushing off. Now advance one time jabbing as you do so, then one retreat and jab. Do this over and over again, one advance and one retreat jabbing each time and being sure to fully extend the arm each time. Hands and feet working together.
Now move forward in series of quick advances driving the right arm to complete extension each time the right foot is moved, left held high, right hand and foot working together. Now backward in series of retreats driving the right out each time the right foot moves. Actually the timing here is a bit tricky, as its like you are starting the right as the right foot moves but don't complete it, really turn your weight, until the right foot lands. The instant the it touches down your are shifting your weight to the left leg as it returns to position... Try it and you'll find what I'm getting at long before I can word it properly). Now move forward in series of quick advances jabbing with the left foot, driving the right with the right foot; now going backward, now one then the other, forward and backward, hands and feet working together.

Circling Left with Jab and Right
; basic stance and circle left. As the left foot is moved, jab, hand and foot in unison. Now circle left and as the right foot is moved fire a straight right. Again, this time with both punches, jab and straight right, hands and feet in unison.

Circling Right with Jab and Right
; basic stance and circle right. As the left foot moves jab, continue, left hand and foot working together. Now as the right foot is moved throw a straight right. Last, as the left foot is moved jab. As the right foot is moved pivot the body to the right and drive the right arm to complete extension.

If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.
