Default How would Cotto fare against Paul Williams?

If paul williams were to beat Margarito and targets Cotto, would the size difference between the two significantly handicap cotto.

I think we need to see Williams-Margarito before we can figure out how Williams would look against Cotto.

Williams is too much of an unknown at this point.

I am talking about size disparity coz williams is 6'1 and cotto is 5'7 and he has a huge long reach to go with it

Williams is a busy fighter. lots of punches. I think he knocks Margarito out in 8 ..

as for Cotto maybe he has trouble with Cotto late.. the body work could pay off for Cotto late as Tall fighters hate it to the body. .. however Cotto's got to get to them late rounds. now that could be a problem.

I'm not so sure about Williams beat Margo in 8. Margo is alot tougher than people give him credit for. This is going to be a coming out party for one of these guys. But I'm not sure which one.

Paul Williams is tall as hell.
He throws nearly 100 or more punches per round.
He has a long azz reach.
He can box better than he can brawl.
He can be hurt has a Cotto chin
He likes to grab his opponets by the head cus of his height advantage and pull them down.
Not the greatest fighter I have seen but then again I have never seen a Welter this tall except for Thomas hearns but this kid has even a longer reach than Tommy by 4".
    Williams is a southpaw.
I guess and I am hoping that Cotto vs Williams turned into a Hagler Hearns fight.
3 of the greatest rounds in boxing.
If Williams chose to fight that fight Cotto could win.
If Williams chose to box instead of brawling, Williams may/could win it and would be a better chance for him.

I don't think Paul can ko Tony but I do believe Tony can ko Williams.

Williams loves to brawl and I feel that is his weakness.
    But I hate careful fighters.
Williams likes to go for broke.

    I love it.

Those are my kind of fighters.

Those who leave everything in the ring can leave the ring with their heads held high even if they lose.

Williams needs to prove against Margarito that he is good.

Williams isn't one to maximize his reach though. He is a punching whirlwind, and he doesn't stay on the outside. I think this fight is different than Margaritto vs. Williams though because Cotto is faster than Margaritto, hits harder, and is a more complete fighter, but doesn't have Margarito's chin or punch output.

I think Margo and Williams have more Power than Cotto but Cotto has his share of power compare with this 2 but for me he (Cotto) has the better tecnique to beat both
