Thread: Tito Ortiz vs Rashad Evans this weekend Who wins?

I really want to Rashad beat Titos butt. I have never been a big fan of Tito. I think Rashad has really improved since his stint on the Ultimate Fighter show. I really hope he beats Tito or better yet knocks him out. I think if he wins it will propell him upward in the dvision. What does everyone else think? The whole UFC fight card is pretty good this weekend.

I'm not a fan of either of these guys...I think Rashad is a little more athletic, but other than that I think he is a watered down version of Tito...I see Tito taking Rashad down and pounding out a TKO in the 3rd round...

I think if Rashad wins his next fight will either be a title shot or Chuck....If Tito wins I still think he is another fight away from a title shot...Lets just say that Chuck vs Wandy does happen... If Wandy were to win I could see a rematch between Wandy and Tito then the winner fighting whoever the champ is either Henderson or Rampage. If Chuck were to win I think you could see Tito getting matched against Shogun then a title fight....One of Shoguns two losses are against Babalu so I wouldn't be suprised if Dana matched them up together for Mauricios first fight. The UFC crowd knows Babalu so it would be a good way to introduce Shogun. 205 is stacked right now. Griffin/Lambert/Jardine/Houston will all have shots as "name" opponents. I'm not sure where Chuck stands right now. Will UFC take a Franklin/Hughes approach and have him fight multiple times before another title shot or try to get him one fight then right back into title contention. It ought to be real interesting to watch how LHW shakes out over the next 12 months.

All because Tito grabbed the cage like 20 seconds after he was warned. The fight spent way to much time against the cage and on their feet imo. I thought right from the beginning, where Tito took Rashad down easy that it was going to be a short night but he never got anything going. Neither of them did.

Who did I have the 10 CC wager with? I guess we will call it a push till Ortiz/Rashad II.

rashad was nervous of the takedown, put him on his heels, and he was out reached.

i said literally 10minutes before, wrestler vs wrestler...BORING. and sure enough it was. the one guy can't punch and the other guy couldn't reach.
