Thread: Kenyan Town Enforces Law That Requires Donkeys To Wear Nappies!

In a bid to clean up the streets all donkeys in the Kenyan town of Limaru must now wear nappies

I'm amazed that some English councils havn't come up with this before for dogs, it so sounds like an English council scheme

Maybe now they've been given the idea

Come on guys this is hilarious, a Kenyan city council forcing all owners to put nappies on their donkeys, that's the funniest thing I've ever heard
