    I mean look at those biceps! I just can't believe that you can build that kind of biceps by doing only press ups and dips because they don't even stress the biceps. Someone's been talking bullshit.

    Daily Regime (7 days a week):
    5am: get up and go for a 3 mile jog
    6am: come back home shower and go back to bed (great workout for those huge legs of his)
    10am wake up: eat oatmeal
    12pm: do ring work (10 rounds of sparring)
    2pm: have another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice drink)
    3pm: more ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike (again working those huge legs for endurance)
    5pm: 2000 sit-ups; 500-800 dips; 500 press-ups; 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell and 10 mins of neck exercises
    7pm: steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice (orange i think it was)
    8pm: another 30 minutes on the exercise bike
    then watch TV and then go to bed.

    I mean come ooon? He must have at least been doing pull ups? It stresses the biceps and the back. Or maybe he just had a good set of medication?? Normal people don't even recover from that amount of training in one night. I'm hoping someone who knows something about these things could give me some answers.

    I'm not buying that either, even if he was doing more bicep exercises, there is no recovery time for the muscles to rebuild and grow.

    Believe it or not most of what Tyson had was natural.....He did his workouts mostly for explosive power and stamina he did not need to build his physique....There are many guys like that out there''''

    Well genetic miracle or not.. i dont believe that.. its all about steroids. if u watch sprinters in 100m or 200m look at those bodys? that kind of body don't grow up without roids (if u just run) my point is all what u need to get body like that is correct medication and then u can like swim and your muscles grows up.

    Im sorry have you ever seen Tyson at 13??....14...15.....same build just a little younger and he got a little bigger every year.....Believe what you want

    I use to work with some guys doing landscaping, and when I 1st started there was a guy that looked like he hit the gym 6 days a week. I asked him if he lifted and he said "nope, never a day in my life". He looked like a white version of Tyson as far as build. It was funny as he would smoke cigarattes all day and go home and booze it up. Genetics suck for those who don't have good ones, but his were ridiculous. When I saw this post I immediately thought of that guy. It's not something you see in alot of people, but it is out there for sure.

    Well just tell me how you can build up muscles what u dont even use? i mean my arms don't grow up if i just walk if there is some article that he did pull ups or something then i believe but only push ups and dips no fucking way those moves don't stress biceps i know because i've been working 4-5 years in gym. thats why this is hard to understand

    Everyone has different genes. Mike was always naturally big,I think one of his sisters was even obese, I think at the age of 14,15, he was bigger than most adults I know. You could see the muscular definition already. Yeah Daxx,it seemed he got bigger periodically to me too! I mean even when he came out of prison,his stomach was a little softer looking but he still appeared to be in tremendous shape.

    it is just good genetics , there are tonnes of naturally massive guys like that it's just most of them are fat and not cut like Tyson was.













    OK that 14 year old has the build that is better than the average grown male who attends the gym on a semi regular basis...

    As you get older you develope more...EG Look at the build of Trinidad at pro debut until his retirement......His body developed into that of a grown man....

    its obvious that he used lots of hormones u can do 500000 press ups and dips and still you can't do that and he started lift weights after jail

    its possibel, the amount he does , anythin possible. and genetics play a big role and i no guys that dont work out that are ripped and defined like crazy, i also no guys that do lil workouts a get defined quick, and guys like me who bust my ass for lil results
