i think hes gonna pull this one out. i know hes not that tall, but hes still a pretty big framed guy that i think might pack a little bit more power at 154 without sacrificing too much speed. not to mention, the guys head is like a fucking anvil

forrest looked like garbage the last time i saw him when he was on the favorable side of a gift decision against quartey.

amazingly enough, this fight is for the wbc (im pretty sure its the wbc belt vacated by mayweather) jr. middleweight championship

i'd rather see baldo as the new "champ" than forrest

I hope he wins too. I think he will . He has more heart in his little finger than Forest has in his whole body.

If you mean he'll be classy in losing then I agree, but I can't see him defeating Forrest. Although I'm sure he'll keep things entertaining til the end!

I think Baldomir wins this one, I'm kinda suprised he's an underdog in this one. I like both guys, but I think Baldo pulls it out.

I'll pick Vernon to win via decision. I see him winning with his jab controlling the action/pace. He a very well schooled fighter. Strong technically. Baldomir's a good fighter & a very tough/hard nosed guy. It wouldn't surprise me 1 bit if he were to pull out a win here. But unless Baldomir is able to impose his will & bully Vernon then I see Forrest taking this fight.

For some reason I picked Baldo to win in the predictions contest, and I'm not really sure why. Just a feeling that he'll outwork Forrest I guess, but I'm starting to think its a shaky pick.

Its not a fight that has any real appeal to me but I will be supporting Baldomir. Like you say, its not an easy fight to pick though...
