Default Let us get this right about PBF

Before this fight happens, assuming it does, let us all agree that just because PBF has semi-retired himself IT DOESN'T MEAN HATTON GETS NO CREDIT IF HE WINS!!!

PBF is on top of his game and despite me being a HUGE Hatton fan I think PBF is a 60/40 favorite in my eyes to win this fight.

However, regardless how Floyd looks on the night I don't want anyone giving it "but Floyd came back from retirement, Hatton fought a washed up Mayweather, etc"

Can we all agree on this much?

Come on Ricky smash his body so fucking hard he wished he was lieing in ABC ward!! (in reference to his disrespectful comments about how all other fighters are like "A, B, C, 1, 2, 3)

Don't think anyone ever took any notice of Floyds retirement.

If Hatton wins he cheated. Start there.

It'll be "the ref let Hatton hold and punch in close" etc.... But at the same time why should the ref pull them apart and play into Floyds hands!? If Hatton can take it coming in close let him stay there until Floyd can use his skills to move away again!

Hatton's gonna hold and PBF is gonna use his elbow strike.

Did anyone think that Floyd actually retired?

No excuses, winner gets all the credit.............

For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

Agreed, winner gets all the credit. It's a tough fight for both. Floyd will have to work for every round.

....all this really doesn't matter, hatton will not beat floyd. Most hatton fans are even in agreement about that, most of what i hear is people giving reasons why this will be a decent fight not giving him any chance to win and i think they are right. Mayweather is far from needing excuses and hatton is far from being a threat to him which is why he is so eager to sign this fight.

Mayweather is 30, far from washed up. If Hatton beats him he deserves tonnes of credit.

On the flipside, what will the Hatton fans excuses be? The ref split the fighters up too quickly? Floyd elbowed? Judging was rigged? Ricky was weight drained? Floyd just run the whole night? Ricky was past his prime??
Also will Floyd get any respect for beating Hatton? I think if he does all the haters will say, "yeah he beat Ricky, but he was overrated, so until he beats Williams, cotto, mosely, he has proved nothing.....

Forgot to put that one in. Can here it now. Ricky was beat 108-120 but at 140 he would have ko'd PBF in 3.
