anybody have anything more about pit-bulls and the issue of their bad reputation let me know because i have this paper i need to turn in addressing pit bull issues.

most of the public only knows about the urban pitbulls in the city. The cross-breed pitbulls most are mix with labs. They dont know about the blue pit bulls that are bigger and less aggressive. They don't know about the pure breeds, the staffordshire terrier and the responsible breeders that knows the truth about the real Pit-bulls. The media mess up the pitbulls image by making it out to be a monster dog. just like how they did the germen shepard and the rottweirer when those dogs were as popular as the pitbull is now. Also those scums that train these dogs to be brutal, I think we need to protect all pitbull dogs from irresponsible asswhole people.

yea its a great documentary, sorry kat I have already fastforwarded a bit. I fast forwarded the beggining cause i'm confident that I have already learn the pit-bulls history where it started from the english. I want to know more about the urban pit-bulls the fighting scenes and little gatherings these guys have. I have been in a cock pit, where they fight rosters but I have never seen dog fighting areas. Theres a guy in the film talking about that they are professional about the sport of dog fighting, I'm not buying into it. Because they reject the dogs right after they lose, they don't go trying to treat it or give it a proper burial when one dies. They just discard the dogs like toys, I know of cock pits that when the roster lose the winner takes the roster home to eat it. Everyone eats chicken, thats a different story these are dogs. They are suppose to be mans best friend.

o don't care what anyone says about any pure breeds and half breeeds, etc.., pit bulls cannot be trusted period. with that said, it doesn't give those lowlife f'in douchebags the right to fight them. they should be executed and the breed made illegal to own, breed, etc. I mean, how many little kids have to be mauled before the laws are changed. other animals kill people but we typically don't "own" them.

Von I can understand why you think that way. See if you know any real responsible true Pit-bull owners you will know what I know. See the Pitbull your thinking about is the urban pit-bulls mix in with other breeds. did you know if a pitbull gets mix in with a lab. The very excited side of a lab combine with the courage of pitbulls result it a dangerous dog that can have the learning brain of the lab, and the toughness of pitbull. Those are the dogs that these guys can train to fight. They get that excited to please side of the lab so when a human trains them to chew on tires or chase and beat on Pigs they learn to love it because of the mixture of breed. When these kinds of dogs fall in the wrong hands they get use as weapons. They are not the True American Pitbull Terrier nor are they the English Staffordshire Terrier or any staffordshire terrier. See most people just knows the name pitbull but they don't know anything about Staffordshire Terriers. They are actually identical difference is size. If they knew the truth about pitbulls they will know those dogs they are calling pitbulls are mix dogs with pitbull looks. Thats the point of these people mix breeding those dogs, they want the look of pits so they can call it that but they corrupt the breed with others.

I hope you can meet one of those real pure pitbulls, if you ever meet those pure breed. You will understand how tainted the pitbull breed have gotten because of irresponsible dog owners with the help of the media blowing things up.

Did you know smaller dogs are more aggressive then big dogs, because smaller dogs tend to be insecure they tend to bite a lot more then big dogs do.

Did you know dogs instictively follows a leader. That leader is the dog owner, what ever the dog owners teaches it, thats what that dog is going to love to do.

Did you know your more likely to be killed by lightning then a pitbull? the media makes it seems like any time you see a pitbull your in danger. Which is total b.s.

if you need further convincing that you may be wrong with what you said about banning the breed, I will help you change your mind.

It's simple really.

1. Click on the 'Google' button thats on the screen
(That will take you to the Google site)
2. To the right of the screen theres a button that read 'Download' click on that.

and that's it. It will ask you where in your PC do you want to save the file you can choose any folder you wan't or just take note of what folder it is set to.

I watched this yesterday while monging out on my bed and the missus actually started crying when she saw the dog getting electrocuted at the end.
If my Rotty-German Shepherd cross got the first bite in he'd break it's back easily (strongest ever recorded bite of any dog - 328 cubic pounds of pressure)
Thing is pitbulls are so quick they'd more than likely get in first then it's game over.
Some stupid bitch had a Staff off it's lead last year (Bruno-my dog) was on hios lead so i screamed at her to call him back,he just came over to Bruno and he bit his back,picked the staff up in his teeth and shook it violently for about 5 seconds like it was a little toy and there was claret all over the staff.
Totally ruined it....i took him out on Firework night too last year because he wouldn't shut up barking so i though if he actually saw one going up in the sky he'd realise he wasn't in danger,luckily he had his attack harness on so i just about managed to control him when he absolutely lost the plot and very nearly ripped my arm out of it's socket.
