    Default new with questions.

    yo first of all my name is pk_huissen i live in the netherlands and wanna start boxing. i want to know how to do a move i didn''t find all of them at youtube.com only the jab and cross ( still i don't understand the cross) and i want to learn the other moves to further i want to know which exercises i can do at home to improve my speed ( i heard push ups but then push you hands of the grounds)

    i hope you guys can help me

    yo thnx for the sites but they only give explenation of what the moves are and when you can use them but not how to do them..

    go to a gym where boxing is taught. reading will not make you a good boxer.

    Agree with you. I think you just need to run and run because that is the first thing you need, conditioning. When you begin to run a good 4-6 miles at a consistant pace with no problem, then take yourself to the boxing gym where you could learn the footwork. You need footwork before you need to learn how to throw. What's the point of throwing a jab if you don't know how to move your feet. Just go to the gym, they should tell you.

    Agreed before you ever set foot in the gym, do conditioning make it a goal to do 5 days a week of running, cycling, swimming or jump roping for at least 30 minutes per session

    Are you guys for real about 4-6 miles...

    I can go two miles but tht means i need to get better T_T...

    alrite delly im new aswell, join a gym thats the single most important thing you can do
