Maybe the writer should do more research.
It should be noted that he forgot to include Orlando & Gaby Canizales in his list of brothers to have been crowned World Champs matter a fact the Canizales brothers are the only brothers in history to hold 1 of the 4 major titles in the SAME division.
In 1991 Orlando was the IBF Bantamweight champ while Gaby was the WBO Bantamweight champ.

The writer is Joaquin Henson. One of the respected sports journalists in the Philippines. Maybe he overlooked some records.
