Mayorga looks a little tubby himself....these guys are probably driving Don King crazy...he's kind of throwing them a bone with this fight and Vargas cant even make the date...

Hehehe.The guy is mad because he probably lost so much money from the calling off of this fight.

Screw Don King and Vargas too. Clearly Fernando could not even make the 162 lb limit, training since January my ass, and pulled this stunt with the low RBC count to postpone the fight. He also figures this will give Mayorga time to get outta shape and lose concentration a little. Similar stunt as Ali pulled on both Sonny Liston and George Foreman. Its bullshat, no doubt. Mayorga needs to really kick his ass for this when the fight goes down.

As far as Ali " pulling a stunt" on George Forman . I thought George was the one that got cut and had to delay the fight?? I know it worked well for Ali as he stayed in Africa and George had to hear " ALi boomaye" spelling It ment Ali kill him.

I wish I could make 162 and slap Mayorga in the face just once ,heck I cant even make 200 .LOL

Mayorga didnt respond as bad as I expected him too.

He has every right to be pissed! Any fighter would be furious if two weeks before a fight the other guy pulls out with some bs like that.

Mayorga was pretty tame considering, I think he is very very disappointed.

I would be pi**ed o** aswell ,been in training and 2weeks before the fight its called off.Anyone think this will go the distance? i think 1 of them is gonna get ko'ed quite bad.

Yeah, when the fight was 1st made, I didn't care who won but wanted to see it because I thought/think it would be an entertaining brawl. But if Vargas plans to retire win or lose, I hope Mayorga wins because at the very least, his antics can be entertaining. He's no boring/vanilla personality by any means. If he lost to a guy who's retiring anyway, his career would almost definitely be over.
