He's doing abit of work for HBO for the 24/7 series

Problem is, all he's doing is light training!
He's in Dublin thhis weekend wtf?

he's had a busy year anyway with the urango fight and the castillo fight.

he'll be ok

last thing he wants to do is over train for this fight

Iv got full confidence in Billy but he's been unprepared going into some previous fights and i can only pray that this will be different.

i don't see them leaving anything to chance with this one

it's end of the rainbow stuff and it's something they have been working towards for years

to me it seems as tho the whole point in Hatton's career is to beat mayweather

Is anyone else worried that he might have taken this fight too soon ? Maybe face another top welterweight before fighting Mayweather. I,m worried that he will get taken apart.

nah he'd lose imo to any top welter.....the size and strengh/power difference doens't bode well for ricky's style.

he's only half as effective.

Mayweather on the other hand isn't so big.

I thought it would have been wise to at least try to get a fight with Judah 1st, as he has the only speed that could be considered equal to Floyd's. But maybe it is now or never. Might as well get it over with and go onto other things. If Hatton wins no one will be able to get on this site, as the server will explode from too many users. It would be talked about for months straight. Good luck to Ricky, he'll need it, as Floyd's going to flat out abuse Hatton.

I would hope and expect him to be in full training at this time. No reason whatsoever why he shouldnt be!!
