This guy is a machine, he completely dominated Rich Franklin, it was a beat down.

If he could only speak fluent English he'd be a huge star!

Yeah it seems that Anderson always tries a spectacular kick or something every fight since leben and gets taken down its like a trademark

btw was anderson dancing when he was dodging Franklins kicks and punches in the middle of round 1?

I didn't get to see the fight but silva is just better than franklin. I heard they booed silva whats up with that. On another note could dan henderson drop and beat silva?

There were some boos before the fight, what do you expect in Franklin's hometown But he won over alot of fans after the fight and even Franklin told the crowd twice not to boo him, which showed alot of class, which was the only thing Rich showed last night. He flat out was scared and curred out. Silva would have beat him regardless but Rich didn't even want to be in there and did exactly what I predicted a few days ago he would do. Honestly, I think Silva carried him through the 1st round. Rich was staring at the clock or screen most of the 1st round and seemed to want to be somwewhere else. Rich can't go any further in this sport so he just needs to go back to teaching Math at school{we need teachers too}. Silva will be champ for a long time, 1 because he's that good, 2 because he puts fear into his opponents and 3 He is so humble and grateful for that belt that he will never become complacent in his approach to keeping the belt. He's actually a little to respectful and humble to his opponents, but he's a great champ and I'm happy he's where he is, just like a Kelly Pavlik. He was the only person worht watching last night, except for Vera who did all he could against Big Bird Tim Sylvia. All Hail Anderson Silva!!!!

Franklin should move over to WEC, and see if he can give Filho a decent fight. 185 is pretty weak right now in the UFC. It will be hard to find good competition for Silva with the current stable.

Changing the subject slightly has anyone seen the reverse elbow knockout in cage rage by Silva? It was something else!!

How would he fair against Henderson? Ive not seen enough of either to have an opinion!
