Thread: Everyone can sleep soundly now, M_D is safe

well after about a week of fires in the So Cal area, M_D is reporting in. The sky most of the time was gray with smoke. Our cars were often covered in ashes. You can all go back to you inane existences. Your hero is safe and sound.

I have a huge mountain next to the house plus a big ol freeway (highway) plus a river on the other side. so methinks the house will survive . Plus we were not that close to the closest fire. about 45 miles tween us and the closest fire. the only thing it got hard to breathe outside without throat and eyes burning. ash all over the place and yall should have seen the sun. It looked literally red all the time. never seen anything like it. i thought I was in Krypton.


I will be back I have to evacuate. not leave the house mind you. I just have to go to the restroom.

I live in Whittier and the nearest fire was about 85 miles from me and still my cars were covered in ashes, my eyes are still burning I've gone thru 2 bottles of "clear eyes" and everytime I blow my nose the tissue looks like I dumped an ash tray on it.

To be honest that just sounds like a typical day on a London train

no pics, saw the fires but did not occur to me to take a pic for some reason. it was apocalyptic. Sky dark and gray. smoke pillars in the distance. ash all over the place. and me evacuating........

So do smokers still light up in those situations

Some f@ck wit lights up the hills around here on purpose every year.
They have raised the sentence to many years and reclassed it to attempted murder I think to put him or her off ,but I hear the ass hole gets away on a trail bike.
