Benitez would lay on the ropes too much, and get abused by Pryor on the ropes he would be too defensive and he wouldn't commit enough, Pryor would overwhelm Benitez with his workrate and wear him down and win TKO late.

Hey why you are on how do you think Pryor would of done with the top welters of the 80's. I see him picking away at Pryor by counter and moving and winning it pretty comfortable. The problem i have with Aaron is that he never went up to welter to fight Hearns, Duran and Leonard. And some people say Leonard ducked Pryor but the thing is he was not that big of a name as Leonard was in a different weight class and Pryor never made the effort to move up in weight.

Its hard to tell but if Pryor's attributes stayed the same moving up i think he could beat Duran, he would lose to Hearns based on the ridiculous height and reach advantages for Hearns, and he would knock Leonard down but would lose a close controversial decision.

Well my thoughts on the match up as the following would have to be

Ray Leonard=Was to good for Pryor in every catagory and would dance all night for a UD be a lot like what he did to Duran but he would not quiet though
Tommy Hearns=Well depends if Pryor can get in the inside he have a good chance but i think Tommy stays on the out side for a UD or late stopage
Roberto Duran= i really do not know it could of gone either was it be a close decision no one would be stopped though

I think Pryor stops Benitez! Just to much for Benitez to handle over 15 rounds IMO.

Pryor would have decisioned Leonard had Leonard taken the fight. Pryor had ask Ray on numerous occasions to make a fight between the two of them but Leonard never let it happen.

Duran may have been Pryor's toughest test IMO. If they fought at 135 pounds it would have been explosive. I have to go with a draw. To tough for me to pick a winner!

Pryor would have defeated Hearns just like he did in the amateurs IMO! He may have even knocked him out! If Leonard got to him in 14 Pryor would have done it in 11 or 12.

Sorry but i totally disagree with your Hearns comment. Hearns was 17 years old and he was a Lightweight when he fought 21 year old Pryor in the amateurs that is nothing like how it would go in the Pro's.

Sweet bro that's what we on the forum for! I feel Pryor would be all over Hearns. I feel Pryor would take Hearns' best shots & come right back. The pace & relentless pressure would be to much & I would be surprised if Hearns survived the full 15!
