Thread: Will Hatton face witter if he loses??

just wondering what peoples opinion is?? everyone has wanted to see this fight and will this be the biggest option for ricky IF he loses on sat night?

i think that fights gunna happen but maybe after both fighters suffer a loss.

I feel that a witter fight may be set up as Hatton's last in Wembley or Manchester as his farewell to boxing.

It'll be Malignaggi or Oscar if he loses.

I'm 50-50 about wanting to see it. I don't want Witter to get the payday so in that respect I don't want to see it, but on the other side of the coin I'd love to see Junior take a pasting.

If Hatton does not look good against Mayweather I think the Whitter fight might happen as a confidence booster.

However If Ricky looks good against FM his next fight will against a big name American baced fighter.

Depends what weight Hatton will want to continue his career, he should fight Witter if goes down again as that is the biggest fight for him there. I'd prefer to see that than an ODLH fight, I'm starting to push for Mayweather on Saturday night now because of the prospect of a Hatton ODLH fight.

Win lose or draw this weekend I think this is the way he'll go. A much bigger fight than Witter and a hell of a lot more money too.
Although I would like to see him against Witter at some point right now hes got bigger fights.

I think he should but don't think he will because if Mayweather beats him with movement then Hatton may think Witter could do the same not that im saying Witter is as good as Mayweather.

No.i cant c that fight ever happening...
I dont think hattons camp want that fight,never have,never will,2 risky and not enough reward...Ricky i believe would hav no problem fighting him though.....

win or lose witter would be a nightmare...

When Hatton loses to Mayweather, Witter will be the richest fight for him (if it takes place in the UK). It's a either a Witter fight or a brutal beat down at the hands of De La Hoya.

Why does anyone think that Hatton will have a chance at landing an ODLH fight if he loses? ODLH would only fight Hatton if Hatton won (which he won't). I think we get an ODLH-Floyd rematch if Floyd wins; unless Tito somehow beats RJJ (also not going to happen).

Reward financially,but i meant reward as in respect,i dont think the americans would care 2 much if he beat witter....

Witter has more chancer of fighting Hatton if he loses to Floyd . If he wins he stands no chance.

Stylistically I think Hatton has a better chance with Floyd than he does with Oscar
