Great action packed fight.

Yeah! Broncos still around he beat Ornelas the 1st time around via SD.... Where Ornelas was doing well but Bronco came on strong.

Completely agree here with Gamo... Bilbs tho JMMormeck-Bell II was entertaining in the sense that both fighters gassed themselves out.
It was no where near a FOTY when you have Marquez-Vasquez II or Pavlik-Taylor. Both of these fights had skill and a high climax of excitement. While Mormeck-Bell II, IMO was more of 2 big guys who gassed out and managed to survive the distance.

One thing that I've noticed to is that I think people are confusing "FOTY" with "Big FOTY".... For example, tho I think these were all superb fights and by some of my favourite fighters I just can't see them being FOTY.

and I've seen people list others. Again exciting action fights yes BUT to be along side Zale-Graziano I & II, JLC-Corrales I, Gatti-Ward I, Castro-Jackson I. I think they fall short.

I TOTALLY agree,I think FOTY is bandied around far too much to fights that are merely exciting.Pavlik Taylor,Isreal-Rafa,young fighters,champions,at the peak of their games,engaging in wars. Mormeck-Haye2,and even fights like Mayorga Vargas are NOT worthy of the FOTY label,in my opinion. They were merely exciting fights.
