Thread: Hatton vs Cotto, this would be great!

After hatton put up a great fight against floyd, i have to say i wanna see cotto vs hatton. I want this brawl. Hatton showed that he can mix it with anyone and so has cotto. This would be fight of the year probably.

I think Cotto would slaughter him.

Well Cotto can't do 140 anymore and IMO, I doubt Hatton wants to do it at 147.
Unless they can agree to meet at a catch weight I don't see it happening.

Hatton would be better off trying to entice Juan Diaz up rather than face a guy like Cotto.

Cotto would murder Hatton.

Hatton won't fight at 147 again and if he fought Cotto he would get knocked out!

HE Already(Cotto) did something that Mayweather stil pending to do.

It way work at a catch weight. 143lbs maybe, Cotto could make that i'm sure. The only thing that confused me about the Hatton-Mayweather fight was the severe lack of body punching by Hatton. Mayweather's left side was exposed alot. Hatton may well be past his peak now, the weight was not the problem, his stamina was and Cotto may be too much for him.

yeah great idea if Cotto wants to get the ring belt at 140 off Hatton, otherwise no chance cos Cotto will win easily

Stylistically Hatton stands a better chance against Cotto than he ever did against Floyd but if Mayweather was too big and strong Cotto would be too, physical mismatch.

That is just Stupid man why he would wanto go down to 140 since he just came up for it because he was killing himself to make that weight and why Floyd did not drop to 140 then huh?
