Thread: Who do you think really won Benn-Eubank 2? (poll)

I had it for Benn by 2 points if I remember rightly.

benn was so disgusted by the resullts that he didn't even attend the press conference.
Although benn was deducted a low blow and a point was taken away i think he still won the fight.

I had eubank by one point, think I scored it 114-113

Benn was making Eubank miss and landing a few cleaner, harder shots (than Eubank) per round.

Benn won.

One things for sure Nigel "I'm going to England to train for this fooker!!" Benn sure thought he won

I thought the the fight never got going, a draw seemed a fair result, neither did enough to win. I think both went into the rematch determined not to lose, and I guess they succeeded, the losers were the suckers (like myself) who paid to watch the fight.

I could of gone to the first fight as well, but I thought it would be a mismatch and thus not worth the money.... doh!

Seems thats what you should have thought for the second fight and then thought what you thought for the second fight for the first fight you would have gotten the good and not the bad

Exactly, all I had seen that had impressed me was that Dos Santos fight, in which he won in about 20 seconds, and you had that brilliant image of Dos Santos trying and failing to rise as the ref counted, while Eubank stared down the camera, tapping his gloves together, then glancing over to the prone Brazilian.
