I believe he can do it! It will not be easy for him but if he can beat a legend in Bhop I feel he can take a Pavlik. Hes need a gameplan and if he believes he is the best he can conjure one. If he takes some big shots from Pavlik i do believe it would be all over. Pavlik is the favourite in the fight and rightly so!
It will be bloody close, but I believe he can do it. He needs to bring out a performance deep down and show he can do it. It will need to be a fight of the year performance but if he can put Pavlik down and really capatilize he can win the fight. If he takes his foot off once he will be put on the back foot and this is where Pavlik lands his best shots. Pavlik has good heart and if JT wants to beat him he has to show even bigger heart than Pavlik and really believe he can do it. I dont see this one going the distance, but i want JT to win it.
I think JC would beat him though

Maybe Taylor can do it, and I guess we'll see soon enough, but I say he folds under pressure.
I would never say Taylor doesn't have heart, but I think he panicks, and Pavlik doesn't. Pavlik immediately got up from his knockdown and went straight back into Taylor, while on wobbly legs, which I think unsettled Taylor. And notice how he only knocked Pavlik down once, and only because Pavlik pretty much asked him to by sticking his face out, and never came close to doing it again.
Pavlik was probably the nervous one coming into that fight, so I can only imagine how much more confident he will be this next fight, with JT coming in with more nervous energy than #1. He'll come out and try to blow holes through Pavlik the 1st few rounds and then fade and then go to sleep.
Though I like JT and wouldn't be too upset if he wins, to set up a trilogy like you mentioned, I'd just as soon see Pavlik smash him again. Then let Pavlik move up and fight Kessler or Andrade, or even try to make a weight compromise and beat Hopkins into retirement.
