Default earls reaction to his loss

i cant believe the way graham earl reacted to his first round loss to amir khan, he said that the ref stepped in too early and that khan isnt that good and he also stated that he still thinks its his division..what planet is he on?? khan totally outclassed him, he was getting hit with big shots and he couldnt defend let alone throw back..i think the stoppage was fair and justified!! i hate when fighters cant accept when they are beaten.

The stoppage was spot on... I'm sure he could of continued though... to get battered.

I wouldn't be too surprised by his post-fight comments. He did get hit mighty hard.

He was pretty much the same after being pumelled by Katsidis.

It'd be interesting to find what Earl believes is a good time to stop a fight. Clearly when the other guy is incapable of defending himself is a bit premature, possibly when theres blood coming out of his ears? Down his ankles ala Robert De Niro Raging Bull stylie?

Anyone else noticed how similar Earl and Nigel Benn sound? Close your eyes and it's like they are one and the same person.

Never did like Earl but the way he has reacted to been battered makes me dislike him more.

    AGREED here's a few quotes:

How good is Amir Khan Graham?

Yeh he's good but referees cannot do him any favours by stopping his fights like that.

    Will you be back then?

    Yes definitely, that's my division.

What a joke Graham Earl is, such a bad loser.

I think he might just be saying what he thinks people want to hear, because it was a spot on stoppage and Earl was getting mullered in there. I really thought he was going to be competitive, and he is a notoriously slow starter, but he just didn't have anything on Amir Khan.

I'm sure Khans corner - Harrison and Powell - were in the ring consoling Earl and sorting him out before the guy he had acting as his trainer

Yea he showed he is still the best in the division.....i'm not sure what he thinks he's the best at, but he might still be the best at something.
