ive read some topics hear and all i can read is how "impossible"it is to get it. but i am a bit curius do u really have to do all that dieting and extrem work outs to get it becus if you look at bob sapp . his like 170 kilos and 2 meter he prolly dosent run and cardio to get his huge 6pack :P wondering if it really is that impossible to be big and still have a 6 pack without starving and stuff :P
