Today was my first training at this club . I dont know if this is what it is like in your training places but it wasent close to what i expected.
i thod we would be doing ALOT of push ups and sit ups hehe we did alot of jumping and sit ups mostly situps and ALOT of shadow bowing(if it is what i think boxing on the air) and the traditional jumping rop and than heavybag hitting for about 30 mins+ depenting if u were gona do sparring. it toke about 1 and a half our -2 hours i disided for urself :P the trainer was caind of old and dident have so mutch time to help every one but when he did help he did it good :P(Steps and hits and stuff) is this how a boxing training shoud be?
