Comeback....Sorta
Im 16 years old...i started like 5 months ago with the heart for boxing i saw in nobody.....then gradually....i lost my heart.......i wanna know how to get my heart back cuz now i feel like crap without the dream i used to have......my trainer said i should get in good shape again........any of u got any ideas...please...

You lost your heart for it after 5 months? mate you probably just got bored, get back to it in a small way to test the water, if you want to go further great, if you find yourself getting bored again maybe it isnt for you or now just isnt the right time.

Yeah i havent trained in a monthsince my bloody trainer left us high and dry.
