im 18 ... 69kg ... 1.84m ... started with boxe 3 weaks ago only =/

I am facing a great problem with my control of weight not moving appropriately
my body doesnt make what my brain says hehe i can see some punchs but i only move the hips cuz i dont know how to move the legs to get a fast enough reply to go away from the puch direction

probably i go to improve this with the time but if possible i would like tips to train the certain parts of the body that go to help me in the weight control

i went some more tips but found already =P thx
