I don't think it actually has a name. It's just a piece of music that HBO had composed for the 24/7 series. It's great music though.

I'm not positive, but I think that it is a different take on part of the song Six Days at the Bottom of the Ocean by Explosions in the Sky.

The song is over 8 minutes, you can listen to the whole thing, but I would start listening to it at about the 5 minute mark until the end. It sounds like it to me, but judge for yourself.
