Great, ruin Friday Night Fights why dont ya? He just shot himself in the foot, hopefully ESPN is pissed at him. I could see if it was injury or something legit but management issues? Fight the fight you signed then split, what a bunch of crap.

Needs to watch his step lol !! I think he does that too much in the ring already. This news sucks cause i was just really starting to like green. I know we all hate it.....but i always think it's better for a guy to pull out for whatever reason than fight loose and make a bunch of excuses. But still shame on you allan

Super middleweight contender Allan Green will not be facing Antwun Echols on ESPN2 Friday Night Fights at the Paragon Casino and Resort in Marksville, Louisiana. Echols will now take on unbeaten Michael "Midnight Stalker" Walker (18-0-1, 12 KOs) after Green suddenly became unavailable. "Green hasn't returned our calls since Monday and missed his plane yesterday," Holden Promotions executive Bobby Dobbs told Fightnews.com. Green was located by Fightnews.com today at the Palm Beach Boxing Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. His only comment: "I'm not in a position to talk about it now." Echols-Walker will part of an attractive double main event card that also features IBF #1 junior middleweight contender Sechew “Iron Horse” Powell (22-1) in action against Kevin Finley.

Well, I'm just glad they got a replacement, good on Walker for stepping in.

ESPN has shown a lot of support for Green. If he is pissed at his management he should have taken care of it after the fight. You should not turn your nose at the people who pay your check.

If it's a problem with his trainer then just get a freaking new one! If it's someone in his entourage then he's a fucking moron!

When he helped host FNF's green explained why he always looks down during fights, i hope he has a decent excuse he can't afford this type of stuff when he is trying to move up where he thinks he belongs. Right now he's an espn celebrity but that's about it, wait till you're big time before you avoid calls from your promoter and skip flights the day before them.
