    Default Exersises!!!!!!!

    what exersise can i do to improve muscle? without the use of any gym eqipment like weghits and stuff
    as i am only 14 and am not YET old enough to go to a gym.

    could u also explian what they do and how to do it as people are telling me to do things and i don know what they do

    Just do floor exercises and bodyweight exercises aside from actually boxing, no 14-year-old boxer needs weights.

    at the age of 14 i was skinny and i actully baught one of thos abslide thingys and in like one week i had a 8 pack :P did push ups and sit ups limited and ran from than and than not mutch more since ur growing

    might have had something to do with you being skinny, its impossible to gain a propper eight pack (or six for that that matter, even more so at 14 ) in a week. it might pump the muscles up but the effects will dissapear as soon as you stop training.

    ture they got pretty pumpt up but still you could see them a bit since i was so dam skinny :P

    wide, normal, narrow, pike forearm and snake press ups press ups, Squats, various types of sit ups, leg raises/kicks

    to name a few

    thanx but what muscles do thosse press-ups do as i couldent c were it said it

    and also what other exersises will help me build pecks stomach biseps triceps etc etc for upper body?

    quick answer for press ups? arms shoulder lengthish, feet together, back straight. lower to the floor slowly looking straight forward the whole time, chest should be within a few inches of the ground, raise to original position slowly.

    I'm 14 as well and I want to start getting some muscle.
    I've decided to use my school gym once or twice a week for weights.
    People say it stunts your growth and basically if you use the simpler weights then it doesnt.
    Do some of the bicep ones and it should be fine.
    The rest I do in pushups.
    The pushups work on the chest and bicep strength in particular. But it's quite a good all round workout.
    It does abs a bit if you keep them tight which you should. triceps almost like your biceps and even a bit of leg strength. This is how you get those massive muscles in your chest.

    Do some crunches(half sit-ups) on most nights just to get your abs working.
