Europe or the UK then Sugar Rays is graet Quality and service, but a little pricey.

Everlast are poor on delivery to Europe, but the products are the best.

Rinside is good but I've never used it.

Ringside were great shipping to Australia. Got here quickly and no problems with order..

Everlast were rubbish, I ended up having to cancel my order after waiting 2 months.. I constantly had to chase them up as one of the products I wanted was out of stock and they didn't tell me, they just didn't ship anything for a month.. In the end I just cancelled.
That could easily have been a one off. But I had to many bad interactions with them over the 2 months to want to order from them again..

I'd probably suggest for the heavy bag you go into a decent sports store and buy it there.. You're going to pay a shitload for a filled heavybag.. Probably not worth it in the end unless the store is close to you.. And sorting out getting it filled can be a pain as well.

Titleboxing is another store I looked at that seemed professional, although I havn't ordered from them..

I've ordered from Ringside twice though and they have been spot on from start to finish so I have to give them a thumbs up as well.

i would get a vinyl bag from a local superstore. i got my century before i knew anything about boxing, and it has been great to me.

I would also just get vinyl everlast gloves to hit the bag with.

i would put my money into the things i spar with. just my opinion.

i have ordered from title and ringside.... both good service and gear. i would probaby give the slight edge to ringside for quality, but that's not to say that title's stuff isn't good. it is. ringside is just the bigger kid on the block because they were there first.

Thumbs up Re: Good site to buy equipment?

I know it sometimes says where we are next to our names but may I suggest people say at the very least what country they are in when making these requests.

You have that Cal flag. So I'm assuming you're in the US.

Go to your local BIG 5 store.

I got my heavy bag from Wal Mart, but I had to pull some of the stuffing out of it so that it wouldn't feel so much like I was punching a slab of granite. Since then, I've been pretty satisfied with it. It's a synthetic Everlast 70 lb bag.

Title Boxing is where I got my stand for the heavy bag and they are a good site to use. A lot of people use Ringside and have said good things about them.
