Um can't say I've ever got them, but (shudders at the title once more) I'm thinking maybe more fibre

Actually for some reason, whenever I'm lifting weights or running or any type of workout, if I let one slip it always seems to smell unsually worse than any other time during the day. (It's always like this even if I haven't had any protein or creatine)... Any help?
