Now I know most of you think I'm whining but just read it and try to see my logic here.

What I'm suggesting is I really feel better for the site as a whole. There is a fatal flaw in the current rep system and I just want people to see it and understand it........then you can tell me to shut up,go fuck myself or whatever

I admit I am whiny and pedantic but only because I really feel this is a valid point..

Ive already stated elsewhere that I largely agree with Bilbo's arguments. The new system is fun, but could be tweaked somewhat to make it more rewarding. Ive said a bit more in the thread Bilbo is talking about.

Who really cares though? I mean I know who the good posters on this site are without needing to look at their rep, because I've been a member for some time. As should be the case with most senior members. I think that the CC/SC wasn't much different, and that the problem lies not with what system is used, but with the fact that people just buddy up to each other and hand rep back and forth for being friendly or in constant agreement with one another instead of making a good point that's relevant to the sport. Just my two cents.

After comparing my reps and punch power with some of these newer members... I have actually completely changed my mind on this matter. I'm not one to really care about this trivial stuff, but I have less reps and punch power than some people with nowhere near as many posts who haven't been hear more than a couple months. This new system is kind of BS. Especially when I get sad clicked by Danny G for pointing out he makes no sense and it drops my punch power by like 5.

All these who say I was moaning dont seem to realise I was doing it on behalf of others who got a raw deal from the new system.
