Thread: Hand Eye Cordination

When I spar i find it hard to connect on my punches, I have good hand speed, and power but i can't connect. I think it's becuse of lack of hand eye cordination. can anybody give me ideas, tips, or drills to help inprove hand eye cordination?

No. It's timing and will improve with regular sparring.

exacally missy... you just have to continue to spar and spar and work on throwing. It just takes time to learn to throw at the right time. The only way to be a great fighter... is to fight. There is no other way.
