Yeah it's a bunch of bull. Fricken tards could just change the codes to eliminate this stuff but they prefer to keep throwing people in jail. If you follow the letter of the law the way it's written you can "legally" avoid filing. However, instead of fixing the way it's written, they just illegally imprison people. It's a crock. Why not fix the problem?

Another reason to be pissed about this country.

You got space in your prisons, we have none so murderers get let off on probation here, and if people want drugs the best place you can get them is in prison.

Actually we don't. So they let murders and child molesters out earlier. And they tie up tons of time in the court rooms with things like this. It's obvious there's problems in the wording, as well as the law in general. But the retards in charge, instead of fixing the problems just keep passing more flawed laws every year.

Our prisons are filled with drugs too. Drug smuggling is the prison guards pension....

I learned about 30 or so years ago. Don't mess with the IRS, they usually always win. Got audited when I was in college making about $7,000 per yr. Not a pleasant experience.
