I'm personally pissed off. People say he's on the downhill and being late to start training isn't the best first step to prove people wrong.
Supposedly he's a "machine" when he does start training, but that machine-like training won't be that much of a difference if it's not done for a certain amount of time.
He needs to get over here in a hurry or else his plans for a big 2008 will be at risk!
He'll be fine, remember he doesn't have to drain himself down to 130. He has room and space to relax cause his most comfortable at the 135lbs weight limit. Its not like pac blows up and gets fat then lazy. Pac is a natural, his always in good shape. He'll be in here soon, his going to start training here soon. He'll be fine.
I sure hope so
That's no longer surprising. He ALWAYS fwocking does that shit!He always give his opponents weeks of head start in training.
I don't like it at all. Imo, all atheletes who stick with the program, and fully trained performs better than the ones who slacks. Pacquiao does catch up with the regimen, but that's not really a good way.
he better quit that crap before people get pissed and give up on him. he better know how to honor commitments especially for his own future.

being a huge JMM fan im obviously biased, but i will say this, prior to the rematch with JMM all the media kept blasting on how hard core his training was and how serious and focused manny was in his training camp this time finally blah blah and how he was gonna just KTFO JMM so i was actually worried for JMM but obviously Pac didnt stop JMM. so is it the media to blame for hyping up how hard pac trains or not trains??
lol! It's ok to be biased sometimes bro. Don't get me wrong here, but most of those medias were right. Manny was at his absolute best that day. He was not able to score a knockout because Juan Manuel Marquez was also in the best form that I have ever seen him in. He trained for nearly 4 months for that fight. Pac only trained 2 months.
Opponents become more difficult to KO as a fighter steps up in class. The Ring ranked Juan Manuel Marquez as the 3rd best p4p boxer in the world when he fought Pacquiao. JMM showed that he deserved that ranking. Marquez is an elite prizefighter still in his prime who has never been knocked out in his entire career.

I was 50/50 between late round KO and SD on my prediction that day btw.![]()
I'm pretty sure he will be ok.In fact didn't the same thing happen in Barrera II fight. If it was in the link already sorry I didn't watch it.
I heard him say few months back that he's trying to regain his motivation, which means he's losing it, right? Maybe that's what it's all about, motivation. Not a good sign but as long as he wins, I guess it's okay.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
If he slacks off with training and still wins, that would be positive reinforcement that he can still win without putting in 100%. I HATE TO SAY THIS, but unless he finds some other source of motivation, the only way he'll learn to put his all in his preparations for his fights is to lose again.
I wouldn't worry about it any more than freddie roach does. Pac has always had way too much going on in his life outside of boxing but he always seems to be ready come fight night.

According to the news in a Philippine TV station, Pacquaio has already started his training. So don't worry guys, Pacquaio is still in very good shape after that fight with Marquez. It was only two months ago and Pacquaio should still be in a good shape now.
This is the best way to hype his fight with Diaz.Pacquaio is giving hope on Diaz coz almost everybody thinks that this is a sure win for pacman. As a true Pacquaio fan, I'm still giving Diaz a 40% chance of winning this fight.
