Default Amir Khan victims Limond and Earl to meet for IBO Lightweight strap

BBC SPORT | Boxing | Limond sets up June title defence

Graham Earl is making his return to the ring after a long layoff to rest, recover and reignite his passion for boxing after two damaging defeats against Michael Katsidis and Amir Khan. Earl will be going up against fellow Khan victim, and the first person to put Khan in trouble Willie Limond for Limond's IBO lightweight table decoration belt.

Personally, I think that Earl, despite the recent troubles and severe beatings he's taken, will have enough nous not to get too badly troubled by Limond's notoriously feather-like fists, and throw the damaging hooks that put Katsidis and many others on the deck. As for Limond, he's got everything to fight for as a win could well nudge him back up the European rankings and let him chase a real belt.

    Earl is totally finished.

I bet even the feather-fists of Limond break him down. No probs.

If that's the case, then the Khan fight sure as hell rubbed salt in the wound.

Personally, I think it's up top with Earl, he didn't have the right mindset against Khan, and if he can get that back....then I still think he should be better than Limond.

Limmond will win and Earl should retire.
