Don't be confused. No i don't think that. I'm just picking the best fights out of the lot reguardless of how many people watched.

I think as the weeks go by, Cotto-Margarito will pick up steam.

Rafa vs. Izzy IV, will def. be allover the place if it happens.
Wladdy-Haye will also pick up lot's of attention if it happens.

dont think americas quite ready for the hayemaker just yet. Putting haye in with Wlad before the end of the year would just be bad business.

Both men can make a hell of a lot of money next summer with a few wins under their belts!!

...I don't even think HAYE is ready for Haye-Klitschko.


Cotto-Margarito is the biggest fight of the year and maybe Calzaghe-Pavlik IF it happens but hell I'd love to see Pavlik-Kessler

indeed we all would!!

In terms of viewers and media attention, Mayweather-DLH II will easily be the biggest fight of the year. It won't do the same PPV numbers as the first fight, but it will still almost certainly be a Top 3-4 all time PPV seller.

In terms of PFP significance, Pacquiao-Marquez II is the biggest of 2008 so far and will likely still be #1 at the end of the year.

Cotto-Margarito is a great matchup but is not in the running for biggest fight of the year. It will be lucky to get to 300K PPV buys.
