    Default The belt's

I recently was reading post's about the boxing organizations belt's and which one is better and what have you. When a light bulb went off.Why all the fuss. I mean it's not the organization's fault why we have all of the different champions it's the promoter's.When I looked back into my book's I found that Evander Holyfield had to go under Don King promotions in order to get a huge payday against Mike Tyson. Now it's the same ordeal why can't Klitschko unify the titles simply do to Chageav being under Don King and Sam Peter looks like he will be going under Don King promotion's and not the other fella. It's not the belt's damnit it's the promoter's.

But even when the fights get made the alphabet gangs still ruin things.

When Tyson wanted to fight seldon and unify the WBC and WBA he he was stipped of the WBC

After Lennox Lewis Unified All three belts with Holyfield the WBA immediatly declared that Holyfield their champion again because of his victory over John Ruiz.

After Carlos Baldimore beat Juhda for all the alphabet titles at Welter, the IBF decided to continue to recognize Juhda has champ.

And the WBA creation of the "regular title" has nothing to do with promoter beef.

finally, Don King himself holds up fights more then anyone. If you want to fight a Don King fighter, you have to agree the Don King is your promoter should you win.

Why would the Klitschko's, who promote themselves, ever agree to start giving don King a permanent salary.
