    Taekwondo comes from Korea and is inspired by the ideals and deeds of famous military and civil leaders. It should never, under any circumstances be used for any commercial or political purpose.     What, like setting up multiple governing world and UK bodies, who all need payment for sanctioning the award of belts and using their copyright logos?

    Or of going underground during a military occupation and then being tought to terrorists/freedom fighters who used it to assassinate military figures within the occupiers.

    Or of being the subject of intense lobbying so that it is included as a new sport in an Olympic Games being held in Korea - thus guaranteeing the hosts a decent number of medals?
