Build a good playlist or edit a few songs together so it always stays at a pace you can move to.

What kind of music do you like?

Sandstorm is one of my all time favourite songs.
Don't know if I could listen to it for over an hour though!

Sandstorm is an awsome song, pendulum is a sweet techno/drum n bass band that I love listening too. Probably would have heard of their album "hold your colour". Run DMC is classic havent heard them in a while. I also like to mix it up with rock, aka "let the bodies hit the floor" gets me amped every time, "shoot me again" Metallica, etc. You just have to search around and find songs which get you going.

You don't have to run back and press repeat on a PC... Don't you know how to make playlists?

Get iTunes and make a training play list or do what I do and get a good selection of training songs and put iTunes on Shuffle

Theres a very good line of thought that music distracts the senses, which Im begining to agree with as regards movement .

alright they mate!Interesting point!!!I'd like to get some true evidence on that matter. It is really interesting to think about it.I mean if it was sciencetifically proven then i would be willing to train without music or at least less of it.Ido like having a bit of music when im jogging and i feel it helps tonnes but the matter you have just mentioned, what method of training are you on about in regards of your senses being distracted? Is it bag training or speedball training?
