Anyone know and decent, cheapish digital cameras?

I'm looking to spend around $100-$300 on a digital camera, any suggestions?

Buy a photography magazine, any of them usually and look at all the sales they have and go to the websites. Believe me that's the best bet they have the best deals on all their cameras, buying it online is definitely the way to go you will get 10 times the bang for your buck then you would if you went to Best Buy (Futureshop in Canada

) or Radioshack.

I have a Samsung. It's pretty decent, and it'll also shoot videos too, though they'll only last a couple of minutes max, and they can't hold very many at the time. (The quality of the videos is not TOO bad considering it's just a camera). Much better than a video cell phone.
