This fight should be happening as floyd spoke of his interest to fight hatton after his destruction of gatti last night... and hatton doesnt back down from anyone. I like hatton UD

Last night Floyd showed the world he is the best pound for pound fighter around. He backed up his mouth and made Gatti look like 'a paper champion'. If he fights Hatton next i feel it will bring the best out in him but i dont think he will be able to stop Hatton. I'd say he will win by UD as Hatton cant hit what he cant see. Floyd may not contain the knockout power to take Hatton out but his speed will dassel Hatton who lets face it beat a diminished Kostya Tszyu.

I think Hatton gives up too many rounds early trying to get to PBF and takes too many shots on the way in. He'll have his moments when he can catch PBF but in the end loses an UD 8 rounds to 4

I pick Floyd in any match up until he proves that I should do otherwise. I hate this because I really don't like Floyd. >

Floyd is good and would win a rematch

if hatton fights with the same intensity as against kostya then hatton wins a decision on sheer pressure. hatton can also adapt his style and has shown good boxing skills in the past. However pressure is the best tactic against PBF.

Mayweather is too fast for Hatton.

Hatton got lucky, It just wasn't Tszyu day. Mayweathers skill has absolutley nothing to do with luck. The kid is a natural athlete in the opening stages of his prime.

As of now, no light welterweight in the world stands a chance against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

I am not crazy about Mayweather but I picked him to win against Gatti and I have no choice but to pick him again on a slippery win. A Ko is not in my prediction but cuts might be evident.

Hatton would win bu SD with a toss up between Hatton's workrate and Floyd's slippiness. Depends what style the judges prefer but in my experience they generally go with the fighter with the higher workrate.

Mayweather by UD. Hatton isnt accurate enough, floyd will stand back, pick his shots carefully, and just be too fast. Hatton wont be able to touch floyd's body with that great defense.
